Is there a picture of the different level for soldiers?

I'm sure I worded the title horribly but I was wondering if anyone has pictures/screenshots of the different levels of veterancy for the german/us soldiers

2: Throw grenade at yourself/shift to another class
3: Run back and find your corpse, should still be there if you're fast enough.
