Originally posted by - Starfish Prime -:This game is dying because of several reasons. They chased away most of the RO Ost vets right off the bat because of the horribly broken gameplay at release, and the itty bitty spamfest meatgrinder maps. In RO Ost, on some of the tanking maps, I'd drive my tank from spawn and it would take 10 mins just to get to the action the maps were so big. In RO2, in 10 mins your reinforcements are all gone and its game over. They also dumped this game into the 'bargain bin' sales repeatedly which brought in a whole bunch of idiotic scrubs who continually tked the sh*t out of everyone and chased away even more vets. And last but not least when they had their 'free to keep' giveaway day, they had a bunch of cheaters get the game on multiple accounts and completely wrecked the game for a few weeks before a fix was in place from TWI.This game was on life support from the start.I played RO Ost from the very beginning right through the end when TWB shut down their only N.A. server. From my perspective TWI just didn't listen to the vets, they were more concerned with making a CoD clone with small terrible maps that didn't allow for any type of teamwork or coordination or tactics. Its spawn and get shot, repeat process, etc.Basically in a nutshell TWI are terrible devs and ruined their Red Orchestra series in an attempt to make a CoD clone and cash in on a big payday.I quit playing a few months ago, with the issues that still remain with gameplay, the scrubs who tk constantly and don't even bother to apologize and the cheaters, I threw in the towel. I am waiting now for Festung Europa. I hope the devs for that game see what a mess TWI made with RO2 and learned from this debacle of a game.
