Maybe I'm late, but I didn't play this game everyday. This is written for the developers
I've tracked this game for months, I've bought preorders of both RO 2 and Rising Storm and now you ban me from servers because of a MW2 modded lobby ban which happened 1000 days ago? Really?
All right, do whatever you want but GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK and remove your miserable game from my Steam account. I don't want to play it anymore. Hope you are happy with the fools that you have forced to buy your game anew. I won't.

Why do you bash post editing in a post you edited? I doubted you would have read the Contract Agreement without a copy paste. Moreover what's with the BS insulting? Only kids base their argument on a character/no life and so on.

Funny how it took you about 10 minutes just to respond to that, Ernest never signed any contracts he simply bought the game I think its stupid that you comment on a supposed "contract"; What I also find funny is your complete arrogrance and lack of understanding for Ernest, who has paid good money for a game he has not hacked or deserved to be banned from.

What sore lose? Consistency isn't your thing, is it? Eighth: Steam User Agreement has absolutely nothing to do with this.

We recently updated the games with a option requested from us by Server Admins. This option allows the server to detect if an account has Vac bans on record (and how many) and kick the player from the server. Similar options are in several other games on Steam (but are provided by the community). It is turned off by default and admins must choose to enable it (and it has options to ignore a set of bans on record if they choose, such as ignoring one or two bans).

Now go find such a server so you don't cry anymore "i want my money back".

Are you being purposely obtuse or are you really this slow? Wouldn't be surprised in the second case. Nobody is crying, and I've read it. Though I doubt that you are actually able to comprehend my point, are you? Most of servers are now actually protected by this "full protection", but that's not even the thing. The thing is, that you just can't ban people because of a 1000 days old ban in another game. That's just ridiculous.
Could you finally keep your mouth shut? You're not a developer and you don't have anything to say on-topic either.

Second, what i found from the dev's or what i atleast thought i found/heard was that they were gonna look into the whole 1000days ago NOT being banned, or give the admins some sort of option to choose from, if that is still ongoing then i would suggest that you 2 kids both take your damn trolling back to where you digested it from and have some patience, which this game is about btw.

You guys fighting is useless, but I think everyone deserves a second chance sadly, idk if theres a way to get a second chance :l, plus it was Mw2, that was a while ago and it's call of duty, who cares about call of duty, a bit ridiculous
