F*cking Really!?

I've tried every single "fix" on the Tech Problems FAQ that has to deal with my game not starting up yet it still will not do anything. Gets to the small Rising Storm window, and never starts up. It was working fine weeks ago.

if you deleted it from my documents and not the other place it hides (i forget where right now) and tried everything else as well, i guess it's time to delete and re-install. i just can't help thinking you missed something though.

Just to make sure that your waiting like 2-5mins? Since after some update it started to took ages for me to load the game from the first screen.

how have you been re-installing it? did you use steam's "delete local files", or go into your hard drive and delete the whole thing manually?

I've been having the same god dawm issue, was working fine a while ago then suddenly won't start up. Tried everything in the thread and bugger all has worked.

Delete via steam (delete local files)

then delete:
DISK:\Documents\My Games\RedOrchestra2 folder
DISK:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Red Orchestra 2 folder

Then reinstall.

I am having a similar problem, though not as severe. Up until the update a bit ago my game always started within 1-2 seconds. Now, it hangs on the small Rising storm box for a few minutes before either loading...or ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crashing. Every time. Why :(

See my post above, I did that because the last few patches really slowed my loading times... works better than it ever did since complete wipe and reinstall.

can you say your PC characteristics???? maybe your PC can't hold unreal engine 3 and that's why you can't enter the game.
