No exp from ranked servers

Every once in a while I do not get the experience that I earned in the round. I finish the round, see the progress in the class I played, the progress for the rifle I used and see that I ranked up. I disconnect from the server and the stats do not update. Like I never played the round.

(I did play on a ranked server btw!)

Does anyone have a clue how to fix it or what is going on? Thank you.
