Crash problems with RO2 :'(

I am using a 32bit Windows 7 and i keep getting crashes. I already tried everything i found on google and changed my graphics driver alot of times but still crashes. Is this because that i'm using a Windows 7 32bit OS ??, i did play this game during a free weekend back in 2012 and no problems at all but now when i got the full game it crashes alot. Help pls ?? I already sent Crash report to tripwire many times even describing what happens and still Tripwire haven't emailed me the solution.
