Can I run?
The title says it all. Can I run this on the very lowest settings? (Everything VERY low) with a stable fps? Stable for me is 15-30 or 20-40.

I'm gonna say no, I entered your info in here http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=1374&game=Rising+Storm&p_make=AMD&p_deriv=V140&gc_make=Intel&gc_deriv=Intel+GMA+4500M+HD&ram=3&checkSubmit=#systemRequirements

It says you have enough RAM but gpu and cpu are too low. The website says it won't run, but there is still a chance, maybe if someone else has a laptop with similar specs they might no the answer for sure, but to the best of my knowledge, unfortunately you probably won't be able to run it on low.

Like I said this isn't 100% accurate that you can't run it but I probably wouldnt risk it.

A website that I use to check if I can run it is this
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

You can do automatic detection and it will get your complete specs which should give you a more accurate answer.

R5CYA Jul 21, 2014 @ 9:06pm

I think I made the right decision. The hitman game runs about 50-70 fps, no stutters or hiccups, no fps drops suddenly, its awesome.

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't ever be able to play Ro2.

If you have the money there are plenty of Intel CPUs that have 4 cores but are hyperthreaded to perform as 8. They're much better than AMD 8 core CPUs from what I've heard, but I've seen them around $300.

I'm not entirely sure how many cpus it has.But it can play DayZ on 70 fps, Battlefield 4 at 70, the forest at 60, I think it may be four cores? Not entirely sure.

with what? the one he has now or the 8 core he's planning on getting?
Zcorvette Jul 23, 2014 @ 5:10pm
If you get a new one with 8 cores and a decent graphics card you should be able to play on low settings at least, I have the Radeon 7870 graphics card at it plays all games on max settings.

My computer is only 6 cores, but when it comes to gaming a good graphics card plus 8gb+ of RAM helps a ton.

My current pc has Radeon 7870 graphics card, 8gb RAM, 6 core 3.5Ghz processor and so far I haven't had a single new game that I can't run on Ultra.

Yeah, as I said , I don't know how many cores it has :/

You have a single core processor. All of your specs are not nearly good enough to run the game.
