Friendly Fire Kicks
Okay, I get the need for friendly fire kicks if one is purposely murdering allies, but kicks for accidental artillery kills? I don't think that's right. Sure, you'll have a few allies that may be too close to the enemy clusters, but I there there should be some sort of balance. Maybe something like every 3-4 kills with artillery negates a friendly fire incident? I'd love it if there was a way to implement this into certain servers.

Also, do TK accidental kicks negate all the XP from the round, or does it keep what I would have gained if the match ended right there?

Nope, your XP is gone.
A smart TL does not drop arty where more than 1 or 2 of there allies are. Even then, you should a majority of the time drop arty behind the point. If you planing on doing a breach and clear arty. You already have the team communication needed to prevent tks.
Yet I concur with Abecto that tight arty concentrations can sometimes make a big difference in a match, but any TL has to be constrained by the reality that often enough the team he is leading is comprised of at least two-thirds boneheads who will run into friendly arty despite repeated warnings. Doesn't work this way in reality, of course; this is a game, so deal with it in game terms. Set that arty back a bit or expect to get kicked.
I thought you only got kicked if people don't forgive?

I don't know if this is still the case as I don't get kicked much, but I have rejoined a server after getting kicked for arty kills and had my old score, xp etc so maybe try that.

kill five with one strike and they wont be able to forgive fast enough to keep you around.
Well i once got kicked from a server where i was playing Commander because i had 3-4 teamkills overall after 90 enemy kills, and for the remainder of that week i didn't touch RO2 lol.
But what do you guys want, you can already see all friendlies and enemies on the map and you can sit at radio whole day and think about it.

If with all that and over 5iq you still manage to get kicked I just don't know what to say. It so sad that games and people are like this nowadays.

One should never tk that many with arty to begin with. Well at one time I mean.

of course not. but it happens and what i said holds true.
Best advice is to simply do everything in your power not to TK. I know it sucks, but it is what it is. I've been kicked for TKs even when every person has forgiven me, and it wasn't very many, at that. TK-kicks might also be based purely on team-kill points or wounds; even if you haven't killed very many teammates up to that point, you may have quite a few team-wounds from grenades and such, and one last accidental TK might get you booted. The required TKs or team-wound points before a kick is also probably dependent on server settings, too.
