Blind, and Deaf.
So I play this game quite a bit. Getting close to my 500 hours. In this time playing I've noticed two things that always confuses me.
When you die most(they all do far as I know but I am not sure) severs enable you to spectate your allies till you spawn. While spectating I noticed that sometimes people just walk right past one or many enemy units. Be this because they did not check thier corners or notice the enemy uniform. But the thing that bugs me is when they DO see them. Instead of engaging in a fight, they try to run past them or stand there and get shot. This I can understand happening once or so. But I got curious last week and decided to spectate a game. Not only would people try an run past or stand there and get shot the first time; but anytime after that original engagment.
The other thing I've noticed is it apears that many people do not play with sound on. Not only that they don't bother reading the team chat either. So orders are not heard/read, enemy postions are not exsposed, and when that one guy yells banzai or machine gun fire is being sprayed, people just walk to thier deaths not hearing the crys or the gunfire.
I watched not one, not two, but five people constantly try and charge, by themselves, a machine gun postion constanlty. They ultametly got the gunner, but only because he ran out of amo. I know your thinking, they where noobs. True 3 of them were levels below 20, however the other two were above level 50.

Has anyone else noticed this ?

Are you sure you weren't watching bots in the spectate? That really sounds like bot behavior, but I dunno.

With the RS machine gun charging, that just sounds like people going lone-wolf :P. I do it, everyone does it. Its kinda fun, but ya, I agree its not very practical. :P

I know bots when I see them. The guys where above level 10, all bots are level 10.

I guess that explains how did i get 7 kills alone banzaing in a group of 7 enemies and none of them turned to see who was screaming all the time.

You need to find yourself a good community as random servers will frustrate.

I get team confusion from time to time. Sometimes it leads to me killing friendlies, other times it leads to me figuratively walking up to an enemy and asking for a smoke...

The real hilarious thing is when the other guy is confused about what team he's on as well and gives you the smoke you asked for.

Happened to me once. Walked up to a dude took cover next to him and starting shooting at people. Killed a Russian and it counted as a teamkill. Looked over at the German sitting next to me. Saw him start shooting at other Germans. He knew I was there lol. Stabbed him in the face.
