I'm guessing you're talking about the Elite Assault special weapon? Level up Elite Assault to unlock it.
It's called the Mkb.42. Only the Elite Assault class has access to it - the digital deluxe version of the game unlocks it right away, otherwise like Lapis said: you'll have to level up the class.

ummm if i don't have the digital deluxe version of game so it won't appear to me ,,, cuz the elite assault in my game have another machine gun called maschine or something like that ,,, it's different of the mkb

Level elite assault up to veteran and the Mkb unlocks. Until then you only have the MP40.

Yes. You can unlock all the weapons without deluxe.

Just takes time, and in the case of heavily restricted classes, probably some bot-farming.

.... or be a Russian and kill a German that has one, then take it.

Or be a German and find one dropped by a team mate and take it.

Note: Killing a team mate will make them drop nothing (prevents people TK'ing for a weapon)

Any dropped weapons you pick up and use will add to leveling that specific weapon.

there are lots of names for that weapon, more commonly known as the stg 44 or mp44, it is the granddaddy of the ak

More like the father :P but I think it's weird that they named it mkb42, it should be stg44 or 45, no?

The Mkb is an early experimental variant of the STG44, they also look different though the changes are minor in apperance from the two versions.

The Mkb was an initial design of an 'assault rifle' using an intermediate cartridge. It had many faults and was a maintenece nightmare in the field. The gas system was the weakest link. The later StG series corrected many of these faults.

The AK 47 though simular was a totally independent design though the idea of the Soviet intermediate cartridge was based on the German design. (7.92X33 'Kurz' the German design led to the 7.62X39 Soviet design), and many weapons were dsigned for that cartridge. Several semi-auto rifle designs preceded the AK-47 based on a wartime requirement. The SKS for example. The AK-47 did not go operational until 1949 after many of the 'bugs' were worked out.

That and the MKB42 was from 1942. The STG44 didn't come about until.... 1944. RO2 takes place between 1942-1943. This is why the game uses the MKB42.
