Need help on whether and which to buy

I have noticed that Rising Storm contains all Red Orchestra 2 multiplayer contents, but does RO2 have a single player mode? On the steam page of RO2 it also says that it contains the multiplayer content of Rising Storm as well. I am genuinely confused. Do both of them contain single player mode and if not which one should I buy? And what does the deluxe version have in particular? Thanks in advance!

Ain't no single player no more. Was removed because of how terrible it was. Just the multiplayer with bots is what it was.

So it's buy anything get everything available as it stands.

Deluxe version contains some weapons unlocked earlier, TF2 hats, KF1 skins and the soundtrack.
