CD Key not valid
I bought Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY Edition a year ago. For reasons, I played the game for just a few minutes and uninstalled it. A month ago I reinstalled the game, but noticed that the CD Key provided by Steam is not longer valid. Tried to contact WB, but they didn't respond. Now I'm trying to get some notice in the forums, 'cause I kinda feel ripped off. Unless Steam gets my game to work, I want a refund.

This is a Games for Windows Live title and is a Microsoft issue, your cd key has been registered to the Xbox Live gamertag you used to log in. Are you having issues with server authentication at install or trying to use the key in game log in?

If you are having issues with the key with the authentication server check to see if you're suffering from a restricted NAT, it could be why the key authentication is not working correctly.

That sounds odd. I just installed the game. It showed what looked like a cd key under the bar where i was suppose to put in the cd key. I copied and pasted that # and it did not work. I tried again and it did not work. Then i was like duh i need to put the actual cd key # in. When i hit play it would always pop up. I wrote it down and then next time it asked for the key i put it in. No problem.Maybe it was something different from what you were experiencing though.
