Have you tried registering your game in steam by click on Games at the top then choosing Activate a game on steam? If that does not work then I doubt you will be able to.
You can register hundreds over hundreds of retail games on steam with the serial.
Don´t tell me you didn´t know that?! The smaller number of games can not be registred with the retail serial. This includes Batmand AA and Bioshock 1 & 2.
Bioshock 1 & 2 where already converted from GfWL to Steam a few monts ago!
People that bought the retail of Bioshock could simply convert it to Steam with the serial.
Question is: will this be possible with Batman AA? I heard that this will come, but wheeeeen?

(but contacting WB support is indeed faster than waiting for a fix ^^)
I got an response with a working steamkey within 15 minutes. So they do reply and the do give you a steam code after proving your ownership of a original copy of AA.
