Is this any good solo?
I pre-ordered Tomb Raider, and expected to receive this in gift form along with it... was going to give it away... but it showed up in my library. I guess you only get it as a gift if you don't own it already. Lesson learned.

Now that it's in my library forever and I don't know anyone else that has it, I ask... is it any fun solo or is it really just a coop game?

I really enjoyed the game solo, I found it to be really fun. I say give it a try. The puzzles are fun to solve and the game has a good length to it; not too long and not too short. I hope this helps you.

Just picked it up with Tomb Raider and didn't really know what to expect. I'll admit I'm very pleasently suprised. My first impression is that it's not going to be overly long, but it's a lot of fun and all the extra secondary objectives for each mission give it a decent amount of replay value in order to pick up things you missed or to go for better times.

As far as Co-op I can't really say, but I don't feel like I'm reallying "missing out" on anything by only doing the single player.

I had fun in solo, but I enjoyed the coop even more. In coop, many of the puzzles are modified such that it's impossible to complete them without a second player - thus both guys need to truly work together and communicate! The only downside to coop is that the boss battles might become too easy since there are two guns firing at once.

As a bonus, this game supports local same-screen play. My friend and I plugged in two Xbox 360 wired gamepads for the whole campaign.
