Pres Windows Key + R then type in "regedit" and press Enter4. search for the name of the gamepad exactly the way you wrote it down (Edit Menu + Find)5. Change all the things that have it's name to "XBOX 360 Controller for Windows"This makes it so everytime you plug it in the computer thinks it's the real deal, If you don't want to go into the registry then the next thing would be to buy a official Xbox 360 controller as the game only supports the official one.
