Is it multilanguage?

Steam offres just the English version but YouTube videos show also localized versions....
Can I change language in the INI files or via some registry keys?

Look into the folder where the game got installed. You can see wich languagues are available in the installation folder


To change the language do the following:


Open the file "main.ini" in the installation folder and add a line like "locale= x" on it.
example;

locale=english




In my folder there´s dutch, german, english, french, italian and spanish
