This game needs a massive update!

its actually a damn fine game as is, i probably have 2000+ hours on it (non steam version). given its age, what it really needs, is a massive price drop. I really cant see the devs comming back to update this game, even at its peak there was only a few hundred active players, which it probably still has, even now. The only reason i dont have it installed is because the non steam version is a pain to find all the maps for.

I like the game "as is" as well, but I just hate to see a good game like this slowly die.. If you know what I mean...

I just reinstalled it, the new version has all the maps with it, so that was easy to install. But there is so few people playing it now. Fortunatly a game like this could exist with just a few dozen players. But all of them are in the top 100, myself included. (expleto). If the game only cost a few quid, I expect the game population would explode, as it is a very good game if you like tactical games. But alas, i expect games like this are a dying breed, theres only a very small percentage of the steam population that would play a game like this. Thus, very few decent companys would make games like this.

Only thing this game needs is moar players. Bought it yesterday. Will play a few offline games for getting used to it (played it years ago) and then you guys get ready for some serious pwnge :-)

Yah me too! I'd love to play. But if it's multiplayer-only then it feels derpy to spend money on a dead title. Loved the demo back in the day. Hope it still has some kick in it :)

Best game ever, and yes after soooo many years there always few tournaments going on all time and people will play against you any time, strong community playing every day. Its like chess but way more immersive..
