Its still weird to me people ask for this to have an inventory system natively, its not an RPG maker esk creation kit, it wants to be a competitive edge to the hard-to-code renPy with ease of access functions while still retaining a professional client.
Visual Novel maker is made by the people who made the RPGMaker series, so they'll probably have what you guys keep asking for, but beware that those developers typically make you pay royalties on any products you use typically with their applications.
Oh yeah and their price tags for most of their applications is redic.
