How to escalate Stream?! Shogun 2 fall of the samurai stop working at logo screen!
I need to complain to consumer protection due to Stream support did not resolve the problem!

I had filed a support ticket since May 19. Support team only given me no use advises and then silent!

I purchased the game and play the game less than a month. How can I accept this support service?!

The game was keep stop at logo screen! I had tried every suggestion at discussion board, then file a ticket for help! Then support team forward the link of on the discussion board again.

Very dam company! How can I get help from anyone in the earth?????

Or I need to complain to government for the consumer protection?????

Have you tried removing McAfee Web Advisor? It got me past the initial loading screen to the game menu but don't be surprised if there are continual bugs such as the game crashing after several turns or when attempting to battle. Good Luck BM

Weird I've never had a problem with Shogun 2 or FOTS but if you actually want help of some kind and the responses from steam are not clear enough maybe you could post specs and error messages you are getting and then people on the forums who had similar issues or who have similar specs could help.

also confirm that you have done read first support..

all other help will fail if you do have bug there....

You must draw the demon spirit from your computer. Make sure you protect yourself behind a salt line, it's the only way.

Finally got this game to run:
Remove McAfee Web Advisor
Reinstall
Verify Cache
Restart Comp
=
slice of fried gold. Hope this works, good luck.
