Problem with sound

in Vanila version of Shogun 2 total war all bow units sound like gun units from Shogun 2 FoS.
WTF?
Everything was ok month ago.
Cash is ok.
No mods.

there is a fix for it. its caused by something about messing with unit values or something i dont know but all you really have to do is go to http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?544459-Sinfonia-Semplice-(Sound-Fixing-Tool) download it and it should hopefully fix the problem

you can only get this error, then you have use mods before
