Where is Shogun 2?

Steam Store says I own Shogun 2 after buying Fall of the Samurai package, but I have no access to the older campaign, just the FOTS stuff. OK, sort of. I only get the FOTS stuff...I get that, But WHY does Steam insist I own the core Shogun 2 if I do not and why won't it let me put on my wish list or buy it?

You only bought FOTS, you only got FOTS. That steam unfotunately says you own Shogun 2 is just a mistake on their part.

Amusingly enough, all the code for the game is in there btw, you just have to put keys in to unlock it in the menu. So when you think about it, you do own Shogun 2, only since you didn't pay for it, you don't get to play it till you do. haha

But how does "Buy button" become active?I cant add to the cart and so cant buy?There is no buy button after bought FOTS.

Then worse case scenario buy the game from someone other than steam, input the key, viola, game activated.

Similar issue maybe...

I bought Fall of the Samurai last week and added it to my Gift Inventory, except that it is not there. I did not trade, gift or transfer FOTS to my Steam Library. Looks like it just disappeared despite proof of purchase and $9.99 taken from my Steam Wallet. I do own Shogun 2 and all DLC if that matters

Steam Tech Support has not been helpful so far.

After almost a week, someone at Support cleared up my issue. Try opening up a Support Ticket.
