Button Mapping Triggers

I have the Xbox 360 Super Street Fighter IV fightpad and I want to use it for the genesis games because of the 6 button layout and floating D-Pad but when I try to program the buttons it doesn't read the RT or LT with RT being where the C-button would be on a genesis pad. Is there any way to fix this?

use xpadder or something along them lines and just use it to lay out lt rt
