Humble Bundle Sale Worth It? $7.49 for everything
The quality of this set on Steam looks poor as all hell and I'm seeing things about games crashing here on the forums when you try to save. Also, from what I've read they're basically selling a very bad emulation of the games which I really don't like. I could always just plug in my old Genisis as well to play some of the games I still own. It would be cool to actually own the copies on Steam, though & for $7.49 that's not a bad deal for every game.

What do you guys think? Sale goes on for 2 more days.

EDIT: I decided to get it... Curse my love for nostalgia...

No Sonic games,no ToeJam & Earl
4 games banned in germany
seems like a great collection

That's not really SEGA's fault the games were banned but yea, the more popular games are sold seperately. Quick cash in if I ever saw one.

Hell I still got it. Still a good deal for what games you are getting imo. I already had the 4 platformer Sonics so this was good for me.

Why on earth did Germany ban Flicky?
I can vaguely understand the others (being all zombie and horror-like), but what on earth was wrong with Flicky?

The bundle would be an awesome deal (despite lacking Sonic), and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't tempted (especially for Phantasy Star 2-4 and Shining Force)...except I already own the Ultimate Sega Genesis Collection on Xbox 360, so I techincally already own them.

(When I bought the Sonic Collection, Sonic's Genesis games came with it, which is the only reason I have them on Steam)

So far it's an alright purchase. The only thing I don't like is the lack of a games list & the options seem to glitch out on me making it kind of hard to change the screen settings & such. It also plays some games more accurate than my other emulator so that's a plus. I also like the way it shows the game playing on the game select screen. Little things like that are cool.

I just wish I could write a review because for some reason I can't.

For that price I would get it. The price they are asking for all the packs is a bit absurd and way to exspensive. If you are into classic RPGs I would highly recomend the Phantasy Star series 2, 3 and 4 are all included. That itself is work the price alone.

it is not a bad deal (if you are not in Germany obviously). but amazon.com has better deals sometimes. I think when on sale you can buy 40 games for like $2.50 (bundle 1-4) or 40 games + all sonic/toejam games for $5 or each 10-game-bunlde for $2 individually. these deals pop up every now and then, well worth checking out.
