ArmA 2: Operation Arrow Head PLEASE HELP

I can't even get Operation Arrowhead to launch to the Main Screen!

Which is starting to cause me to get majorly frustrated; What happened to when sh-t would just f-cking work properly?

I ran Steam as Administrator, Installed ArmA 2 and Ran it to the main screen, Installed Operation Arrowhead and then I was given this error when I tried to run it "Addon 'CA_CommunityConfigurationProject_E' requires addon 'Arma2_Ka52'

Clicking the OK Button and then the game launches and after about 3 seconds crashes with "Bad serial number given in Setup"

I have reinstalled both games twice, I have verified both games files several times, I have tried installing on a different drive, I have tried the RegEdit fix(It Does Not Work), I have Tried deleting ArmA 2 OA Folders entirely from Registry, I've tried installed the patches for ArmA 2 however after Extraction it says "ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead is either not installed or the install is corrupted" (After seeing this I instantly tried reinstalling BOTH games)

I paid Like 30 dollars for these games, only to waste hours of my life trying to fix install errors?
I'm pretty sure thats not how it's suppose to work....Pretty sure when you PAY for something you get oh you know, a working product. Or is that too much to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ask for?

Can someone please offer some advice that actually works? Google is a joke, I've literally gone through the 5 pages of results click each link individually and trying tons of how tos I NEED HELP!

That would be magnifcently helpful If I havent already tried running both games a thousand times; How do you think I even ended up in this situation? By RUNNING the games.

I've tried Allowing Steam Permission to everything, my account is an administrator AND the only account on this PC. I've Ran as an Admin and then RE RAN both games; probably a billion times. If it's not the bad serial error It's the other error; which everyone says is solved by installing the beta patch but I can't install the beta patch because when I try to run the game the registry keys aren't added to the registry and thus the game give me a bad serial error and crashes to desktop. Tying to install the beta patch ends up with "Operation Arrowhead is either not installed or install is corrupted." To make the game APPEAR installed; You must run the game, to fix the Bad serial error you must give Steam admin permissions and delete your registry folders for ArmA OA And Verify the integrity of the files.(Which I have done numerous times mind you). However after doing that, I still get the bad serial error; Steam STILL hasn't added the proper registry keys and I CANNOT launch Operation Arrowhead to get any further. I'm stuck in a loop.

He isn't trying to sell keys to you, specificly. He's a spammer trying to scam, or selling what are most likely stolen keys.

And my best advise is to contact Steam Support in your case. Possibly link them to this discussion page as well.

When you say you've tried the registry fix....which specific registry fix do you mean?

More then one actually. I've tried deleting all the fodlders related to ArmA in my registry AND my %appdata% and My Documents. That didn't work however and after reinstalling I
did the permissions thing on both ArmAOA folders. Nothing seems to want to work.
