Arma 2 server browser launcher

Okay we all played dayz mod right and we know there used to be dayz commander which showed dayz servers and installed mods for us (now its not working but instead it moved to DayZ launcher).

So is there any launcher like that for arma 2? Not arma 2 OA but just for Arma 2 ????
