[Custom Hack] Zee Tee's Mushroom Kingdom Journies.
[DESCRIPTION FOR THE HACK]

This hack is a remake of Super Mario Bros., but Eversion-style. If you want to try it out, go ahead! But I think, you need some instructions on how to download this hack.

[HOW TO DOWNLOAD THIS CUSTOM MAP]

1. Download it.
2. Go to "My computer" and choose the driver, you run on.
3. Go to Program Files.
4. Go to the Steam folder.
5. Go to the common folder.
6. Go to the Eversion folder.
7. Now replace the music, and maps with the files in the hack.
8. Now you should go play Eversion. And voila! Your journey through the Mushroom Kingdom as Zee Tee begins!

[STORY]

The story goes like this. After Zee Tee rescues Princess Nehema from the Ghulibas of the North, the two accidentally take the wrong portal, and end up in the Mushroom Kingdom. Meanwhile, the Ghulibas have teamed up with the evil Bowser, and a mysterious evil that Bowser has teamed up with to kidnap both princess Nehema, and Peach from their respective heroes. Will Mario and Zee Tee be able to rescue these two princesses from the Ghulibas, Bowser, and the new evil?

Here it is! You can download the Eversion Level Editor here, and make your very own mod/hack of Eversion: http://fastcall22.blogspot.dk/2010/03/eversion-level-editor-released.html

i baught this cause a friend recremended it to me,
after playing though the whole thing, i desided to try your mod/hack.
after i booted it up and got the achivement for messing with the files im met with zelda music,
despite the mario thing i expected mario music, but going in the first level,
still zelda music, but with the 1-1 mario world, i sorta didnt reconise it with all the flowers everywhere, getting near the end i found it didnt end there, it went right on to 1-2 and it was done almost perfectly., uptill the random red blob chase scene, but cant always be perfect
and thats when things get hard though you cant really copy everything,
as no fireballs and random flying things and fish invisible blocks and such,
seems hard as the original, if it had endless lives and walls of deaths
but its a nice aftergame after 100%ng the main game.

I might update the game's music. So I will instead use Mario music.

But about those red blob chases, in 4-4, in the original, the level had barely any enemies, or any excitement going on. It would just lacklustre to play through, without any action going on. Wouldn't it also be a bit repetitive, if the player would just guess their way through? So that's why, I added the red blob chase there.

In the original 5-3, there were bullets flying from everywhere on the screen. This was impossible to do on the Eversion Level Editor, so I had to use the Red Blob again.

In the original 6-3, same as 5-3. But no enemies. But there were jumps, that were almost impossible to reach. So I had to use the rock enemy, and the red wall again.

And lastly, in the original World 8-2, there was a Lakitu. But again, it was impossible to add an enemy that would throw neverending spawning enemies. So one more, I had to use the Red Wall.

And for 8-4, it would just be repetitive and lacklustre. So I had to use the Red Wall again.

For the Final Boss Area, I had to yet again use the red wall. Simply because of the things I listed above.

I hope you understand, why there are many red blob chases. I am sorry, if this bugged you. But may I ask you. Is this hack good? Or bad?

I hope you will enjoy this mod, zarat.us.

By the way, I can't add you for some reason. Nor can I comment at your profile. Do you have me ignored for some reason? :S

Wow, hey there, Zaratustra, I've seen you here sometimes on the internet, in some of the most obscure places. Great to see you're still active, any plans on an Eversion 2?
"Also note, this is his only post in the entire Eversion forums, as by his profile. Your Mario Eversion hack must be something good to get him here."

I'm working hard on someTHING. When I'm sure it'll be finished, I'll be sure to mention it on this board.
