Correct me if I'm wrong (and if I am I will keep looking for more files) but the narrator is at the start of the maps only. All of these files are located here:
Disciples 3 > Resources > Languages > English > Sounds > Briefing > bunch of .wav files for all of the narrator entries
You can delete them or move them into a different folder, or just delete the entire Briefing folder. From my experience it all works the same and the game will start up and play just fine. It just won't be able to find the audio files when it tries to, so the narrator will be gone.
Be careful because there are other Briefing folders in other directories and if deleted will mess up the loading screens. Just removing these audio files did the trick for me.
Again, if there are more narrator sections, I'd happily search through the files and say what works and what doesn't. It really is pretty bad voice acting that doesn't fit whatsoever.
