How to change Hero's Gear/Equipment in campaign?

Hi guys, I am on the Act III of Legion of Damn Campaign, but I still could not figure out how to change Hero's gears? I have collected lots of gloves, armors and the other stuff which are way better than the original epuiped when this campaign started.

When I try to switch them, I was not able to do it, apparently anything I can switch are hero's ring, talismans, which really annoyed me :(

When you're on the party leaders screen, the one with all their stats etc. you just cycle through the inventory on the right of the screen and double click or click and drag anything you want to equip to the unit. You need to make sure that anything you're trying to equip states that it's for that unit, for example, thief armour will have "thief" labelled on it, main heroes will be tagged with "Lambert" or "Haarhus" etc.

Thank you very much for your reply! Yes, for example my armor was tagged with "Haarhus" but when I dragged it trying to replace the currently armor I equiped, I just cannot change? I've been having the "default" gears since the campaign has started, none of them were changeable :(

So weird...
