Minimizing to taskbar on Windows 7

Just throwing this out there in case anyone has run into it--when launching BS3, the window would open and minimizes to the taskbar. I could hear the audio from the intro video and the menu, but couldn't get the window to come back up. I read some info about going into the program folder and setting BSTSD.exe to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3, with "diable visual themes", "disable desktop composition", "disable display scaling on high DPI settings" and "run as administrator" all turned on. This gets it to launch properly, but it asks for admin permissions to run each time and the Steam Overlay is disabled. After some testing, it looks like the "disable desktop composition" option is the only one that needs to be turned on--it will launch properly and have access to Steam Overlay.

For what it's worth, it worked fine on my Windows 10 laptop without adjusting any settings.
