The Great Art Race

Anyone plays this game?
I forgot all about this great game until I was looking through my library.
Still have to beat it though.

tried thiss game - its ok for a day but really linear, strategy wears thin -it fun but not for long...... and I beat it very quickly on medium AI
ohh and plenty of really odd AI decisions and game annoyences too
The Game is not starting.
And the support of Steam is horrible bad.
Selling non-working products and ignore the law.

Game works fine under Windows, still trying to get ist running under Linux
i play this game if fun
I have just bought this game....it seem interesting, there are a lot of art masterpieces to find (and find before other players)
I enjoyed the game but after you build plantations and get the ball rolling it becomes repetive. But i Still liked the game.

You dont sell your paints.

1) You get expertise in painting
2) You recognise in auctions if it is a Authentic, a viggo or a fake and auction accordingly
3) you go to the correct gallery (depends on the kind of painting) and hang it there and get points

dependent on victory type selected you either win depending only on points or points are made into 50 K cash in the end and money is counted (which is unbalanced, because to little cash for the points in my oppinion)

A great little game! True, not the deepest strategy out there, but it's a nice "filler" to play now and then. The game is (or at least you may set it to be) short enough not to get boring, and I find it aesthetically appealing.
I really like the progression control, which is sort of a mix between real-time and turn-based. Other than that the game feels very much like a boardgame.
The manual is brief but well-written (except for "Ankara, the capital of Turkey is located south-west of Berlin" LOL) in a tutorial-like style, which compensates for the lack of an in-game tutorial.
The game is really fun when played in a local hotseat multiplayer match with friends. ;)
