Has the real world puzzle ever been solved?

So I purchase the game it works fine then the screen goes black though I can still here the music playing. I can move the cursor around and click but nothing happens. Screen stay black. I have to hit the windows button to get back to my desktop. I can not find anywhere to get help from Steam. Any suggestions?...

So. I installed this game and when I first began playing it the audio wouldn't work, at all. There was no sound or music. So I quit the game and checked if it was my PC, but it wasn't as the audio was working fine on it. Then when I tried booting the game up again it would just crash before loading the titlescreen. I've tried uninstalling and installing, I've tried rebooting my PC and even using Steam's built-in cache repair tool. Nothing works, anyone else know how to fix this? Edit: I have also tried ...
