From Dust
Intel users check here
From what I read From Dust doesn't work for Intel users. The game will usually crash at loading screen. I learnt this since I been having problems with this game since I bought it quite awhile ago. There is a patch somewhere online though.

Yeah i had to buy this on Xbox becuz i cant play it. I can play Skyrim, BF3 and GTAIV but not this
Intel Core i7 processor 3770
Works fine for me about 120 mins played overall longest sitting prolly an hour and a half so far no crashes, no issues at all that ive seen.
I have got Intel Core i5 - 3570.
And From Dust does't work that as you say... I see only the information about age...

I played for 3 hours and crashes, can't make it work again...(Dell intel i5 3210M | video card 1G | 6Gb memo). I also played games that uses heavy 3D rendering like Skyrim, Batman...but From Dust.
Can I say "Ubisoft **** you" ?

Don't buy this game. Ubisoft doesn't deserve your money.
I have a Q8400 2.66 GHz..... and I haven't had a single problem with this game.
We are talking about Intel graphics, not processors. Am i wrong?

I don't think so. They said:

"Many of the users that have contacted us so far have computers that do not meet one or more of these requirements, and the game simply will not work on a computer that is not up to snuff; especially regarding the video card requirement. Intel video cards of any kind are not going to be capable of rendering the graphics in the game, and the only option available to customers with those cards will be to upgrade their systems."

I can tell you more, those are the requirements:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8Ghz / AMD Athlon64 X2 4400+ 2.3 Ghz
or
CPU: Intel Core i7 920 2.66 Ghz or AMD Phenom II X4 3.00 Ghz

So we are not talking about processors.

BTW...I solved the problem by placing {COLLEGAMENTO RIMOSSO} d3d9.dll into the game directory.
This is a similar solution I used for other games, so maybe you can find others d3d9.dll.
Unfortunately there are no tweaks for graphic setting, I got like 20-25 fps with 800x600 windowed mode and it's pretty playable, the only thing bothering me is the mouse control, too fast even when I move it slowly.

ps. UBISOFT STILL SUCKS

There are others d3d9 dll around, with/from different graphic chip sets...but I have no clue what would be the best...you can just search them and try around. And, yes, usually those dll solve the problems with similar games, I did the same thing with a couple of games in the past. Good luck xD
