Problems with voice in game

Hello, i have some problems with voice in game. I have sounds of music, engines, traffic, and other, but don't have voices characters. For example game starts and intro begins, reporter presents news, but her voice is inaudible. Next begins the mission, but is inaudible voices Tanner and his partner, but all other sounds are good. In any other game it's all right, only in Driver:SF I have this problem. My soundcard have latest drivers, so I do not know what is causing this error. I did verify the files, but still the same. Any ideas?

I am having the same exact issue. I haven't been able to find a solution yet.

check your speakers? mine have a matrix feature that centralizes audio but in doing so the audio in the central speaker get cancelled out, which is where voice audio comes from. either turn it off or go into your playback options and switch from surround sound to stereo, this may not work, but try it

Switching speaker setup in control panel to stereo fixed the issue.
