DRIVER will not PLAY in WINDOWS8.1 64bit
Driver linked successfully to UPLAY but does not play. I have had not confirmation from UPLAY that incompatible with WINDOWS8.1 64bit???

well this sucks cause i have the same thing and it wont work for me either :/

Mine works WIndows 8.1 64 bit. Just tested it NOW. Ubisoft offices right here on 3rd Street ...SF. Go ask um ..ha ha. Probably a badly money loser game for um.
Make sure you downloaded the lastest U Play and ignore the old install. My peeve is that nobody is on MP. There is a ESC freelook mode looking thru a BOTTLE up in the air. I would like to Free Drive the Maps of SF ...like GTA's NYC and LA.

its a compatiblity issue, find the .exe for the game, right click it, go to properties, compatibility mode tab, check the box, set it to windows 7, apply, launch game, or click the troubleshooter in the same tab and let it do it for you. GL. This is the fix... usually.
