i buy new forgetten sand but , i dont play . beacuse game does not turn on when I press the play button why ? i need help fasssttttt plzz

if you have a controller connected you have to press the A button (xbox controller) or x button (ps controller), keyboard will not work. that will open up second window with the product key in order to hit play from there. That was the only issue i have found with launching it. if your problem is beyond that im not sure, haven't encountered it
