If you are having crashes on start up please try these three things:

1)
Download the UE3Redist.exe from: https://www.dropbox.com/s/62v0qxyn03tlzge/UE3Redist.exe?dl=0

run that and see if it completes and then try running GRAV again.

2)
Try to reinstall the vcredist:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GRAV_CommonRedist\vcredist\2010

3)
Try launching the game as administrator.

Open this directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GRAV\Binaries\Win64

then right click and choose "run as administrator" on CAGGame-Win64-Shipping.exe
