Uplay is faulty and I didn't get all the content in the deluxe edition

So I was recently playing the game and I realized that I had did all the Uplay transactions, but none of them worked. I got the Auditore Crypt, but it didn't work in game. There was no option to enter the map and the game even told me to complete the reward on Uplay to get the map, wich I had already done.I also had bought the Altiar costume, which also didn't register in game. Lastly, the Bonfire of the Vanities DLC worked, but didn't allow me access to the Templar Lairs. Uplay sucks.

EDIT: Also, the thing with Ezio's family appearing as ghosts never worked despite me completing the Bonfire DLC.


How do I fix these?
