newer versions are backengineered ( unlike consoles )
aka
anything prior to windows 10 should run on windows 10
( ofcourse you will find exceptions -- let's say fallout 3 .... it runs on win10 ( i played it so i can confirm ) but it's not optimized for it so it has crashissues )
luckily ( unlike conosles ) a pc has backwards compatibility mode that can be applied manually as well ( which help for fallout 3 :) )
---
so to directly answer your question
yes, ac2 runs on win10.... perfectly
in case some issues were to show up, you can always launch the game under win7 settings manually to fix whatever the problem may be
in worst case scenario, you can refund if you don't play longer then 2 hours ( ? 1 hour ?... look it up to be sure :p )
so if ti doesn't launch there still is no issue really
-------
what i did notice ( maybe it's win10 or maybe it's just uplay in general ) is that the game autocloses if it get's minimalise
so don't minimalise the game or you'll have to restart it :p ( but i concider that a very minor issue )
