How can you restart the quick start choice?

I'm unable to complete the friar quest in chapter 2, I have no stone and no one will trade me stone, so I can't settle on the monks island, but I find no option to restart this. My island has no stone, so I can't make stone.

thanks I will check it out, I did find out I was being rather dumb!, I was looking at the wrong thing, instead of looking at how to build it I was looking at how to upgrade it, so um no stone was required. but, since i'm new at this I do have a ton of questions, I can't even seem to open the menu, that tells me what I need, to make the people happy, everthing but that.
