The Interactive Adventures of Dog Mendonça and Pizzaboy

Linux 64 bit Debian Audio is just bunch of crackling
I just installed the game and launched it. Seems to run fine but the audio all just sounds like someone balling up some paper in front of a mic.

For the record (and for anyone who comes searching for help with sound problems on linux 64):

I've had a similar problem with Ubuntu 16.04: No sound at all.

This problem was solved by using the executable from the release of the Godot 2 engine (check https://godotengine.org/download ) copied into the game's directory within the Steam tree and launching that instead of the godot.x11.opt.32 binary that came from Steam. I was able to play the entire game with no glitches to speak of after that.

My guess is, there's something broken between the 32-bit Godot 2 and the Steam Runtime on Linux, and the game probably needs an update to address that, but this workaround works..
