My saved game gone!!!!
How can I take back my save game file when crashed the game also my save game deleted!!!?????

I'm having the same issue. Really infuriating after putting over 7 hours into the playthrough and getting some pretty decent gear for my characters.

Well after researching, it looks like the developers have shelved this game and have no intentions to fix the highly-reported save-game issues. Looks like another waste of money that I'll be uninstalling.

Damn it! After hours of gameplay, I had beaten wulfrun and the follow-up Uruk-Hai attack. Also collected and upgraded some really cool gear. I close the game, have my breakfast and when I come back, I see my save game starts from barrow-downs (ch2-3). This is highly irksome and I don't think I'll replay the whole damn thing again :steamfacepalm:
