Installation created infinite restart loop
Ive already refunded the game, but I thought the devs should know that whatever Unreal 3 kit they included with Traverser, it caused an infinite restart loop on my computer.

Because I already had a higher version of the .Net framework installed, the unreal kit decided to restart the computer. And then restart it again. And restart it again. I had to start safe mode in order to avoid that loop -- I could barely do anything before it restarted otherwise. I uninstalled Traverser and got a refund, because while it does appear that there are fixes around, it wasn't worth the effort for me.

As seen here, this is a not-uncommon issue:

I would suggest changing the installation process so that this doesn't actually happen.

Just happened to me too. Had to use Ctrl+Alt+Del and Kill Setup.exe Process before it triggered the loop again (closing the Setup Window). The problem is in the .Net Framework Instalation - M$ in it's best. .Net like C++ Runtime is the Black Sheep of gaming where all kind of problems are born only to hunt us.
