Problems with the Story

I have some problems with the EaW story. When I want to start the mission with the X-Wings (Rebel campaing) It isnt loading the sequence so the game is glitched and I cant play it becaus the pilotes are on a rock and I cant move them.
Can some1 help me pls.

PS. With the empire campaing I cant load the Han Solo mission (an error message apears and throws me back to the desktop and closes the game)

Please I need help I want to finish both stories ! ;n;

Pff ye sure... great help... Cant you read I cant do anything you idiot that includes restarting...
