Any idea what the hell these icons mean?

There is a partial key to some of the icons in-game (accessible through the Droid Log button), but some of the game icons just aren't there. I've used a few different search engines and scoured some archived sites but have been unable to find any documentation on it.

Am I missing something painfully obvious?

Thanks for the response. They pop up in different scenarios. For example, when there's a unit hanging out above a planet with a little man icon in the lower left corner. That's not indicated anywhere in the Droid Log.

It looks like the steam version doesn't include a digital game manual, so thet rules out the "check the instruction booklet" option. :p

That little icon of a yellow man in the corner indicates it is a stealth unit. That means it can pass enemy fleets undetected and possibly attack planets directly. By default it will appear on certain heroes, rebel raid fleets, and imperial probe droids.

Yeah, I checked for the manual on Steam first, and then I checked Aspyr's site (apparently they've got a OS X version) for a link to their manual, and then I used a few different search engines to look for one on the web. Apparently GOG's version has a manual when you purchase it, too, so that's weird. Anyways, thanks for the response. I appreciate it.
