I can't start the game, help please.

I try to open the game and a sign appears telling me fatal error "failed to create d3d device. Application will now exit. Erorr= 0x8876086c" I tried several options but nothing works.

The best LEGO game ever and it is not even close. No matter what happens in this game. I am always left satisfied after playing it. It always has this way of making me want to come back and play it and I love that in a video game.

11/10 Better than The Skywalker Saga by a land slide.

Any way to stop the freezing upon loading the game / levels?

I'm not referring to frame rate stutter. When I have enhanced graphics enabled, there's HUGE freezes upon loading the game / levels, and freezes within the cutscenes. Doesn't happen with enhanced graphics off, but this is required for mods so I can't turn it off. PS. my PC can handle this game just fine, Ryzen 5 2600, RTX 2060 SUPER, 16GB RAM...
