If you think you want it, get it.
Its just plain fun to play through starwars in lego form. If you even think it might interests you it will. I got this for xbox but I imagine the pc version to be the same thing.

So is the "Complete Saga" Version all of the episode games together? I'm a little confused about that.

Yes, you play through all six of the movies.

I have good memories with all of the Lego Star Wars. I don't know if good memories translate to good gameplay, but what they hey.

The Complete Saga is basically both LEGO Star Wars games combined into one package.

Additionally, there are several extra characters and several bonus missions.
Also, some of the old missions from the separate games have been changed and made easier, but the original version are still available as bonus missions.

Some new features are time-critical challenge missions and bounty hunter missions.

The central hub is the Mos Eisley cantina, but the exteriors differ from the second game.
Sometimes I do miss Dexter Jettster's fast food joint though.

On the PC, you can play in 1080p resolution with v-sync enabled, whereas the XBox360 and PS3 are limited to 720p without v-sync.
So, best resolution without any screen tearing on the PC!

The game takes up 4.4 GB in the steamapps/common folder.

Is it really childish? I'm on the fence with this one.

Not at all. It's just like going through the movies, except everything breaks apart when you hit it.
