Click Play Does Nothing
I just bought this with the Star Wars bundle that is on sale, and when I click play the product key thing pops up. Once I click play again it closes that out and nothing happens after that.

Same here.

I had the same problem although I have managed to troubleshoot it a bit. Now the game launches sort of...I see the icon on the bottom of my screen and can hear the sound but it shows my desktop. I installed windows for gaming live and ran it in compatability mode with administrator on. I will report back if I manage to get it working the rest of the way.

the requirment for windows are Windows XP or Windows Vista if you have any later version i dont think it will work since this is a 5 year old game.

I have just fixed the problem. You must Download Games for Windows Marketplace.

But how does steam know GfWL is installed? tried it but i only got an error message saying it was the wrong "gameplatform" or something lame.. normally the games that requires GfWL automatic installs it after the game itself have been installed

I noticed I had the GfWL installer in the game file after download, but it didn't work right. It wouldn't let me login. So once I saw the post about needing it I just downloaded the one from xbox.com.

Are you logged into the GfWL and then launch the game from Steam?

does anyone know why the product key isn't working for me? when i've got GfWL installed it askes me to put the product key in when i start the game but keeps saying the key is wrong.

i'm using the exact product key steam provides when i start the game.

I've downloaded GfWL and logged in, but the error returns... :(
