Can't even start the game, gives error 126..

Whenever I try to open the game it gives me an error saying "LoadLibrary failed with error 126: The specified module could not be found." It doesn't make any sense to me so if any of you could help, I would really appreciate it. I am running Windows 7 and I definitely meet all system requirements.
