medpack help

I cant get medpacks to show up in my action menu during combat. Grenades show up on the right, combat skills on the left. But medpacks, stims, and shields never show up during combat. Is it a glitch or am i missing something?

I believe it should be down in the bottom right-hand corner?

good call sir. But in my defense screen resolution error had cut off right 1/3 of the screen. Thanks
