Any bugs to worry about?
I used to play this on the Xbox, but I dont have it anymore. Found out Steam had ported this, but I also know that whenever Steam ports something it has bugs, and just wanted to know if there was anything to worry about.

Besides♥♥♥♥♥♥compatibility with Windows 7/8, it runs fine. So if you're running either of those, or you're not willing to read through a forum to find a fix for it, then it's not worth your money.

I have Win 7 and it runs fine for me. The only thing you have to remember is: Turn Vsync on ingame in case the movement keys stop working and that it doesn't support some of the highests resolutions (you'll need a mod for that)

I play it on windows 7 and I have no issues running this game and I don't have bugs in this game.

i run W7 and have had a lot of crashes. Especially on Dantooine. Also, the graphics on Dantooine are screwed up, the grass is as tall as the sky and the lines from the sunset run all the way across the screen. I'm those problems don't carry over to other planets :/

If your careful with the game (EX: get any unnofical patches and be very careful with mod installation) you should be fine.....Ive been playing on WIN7 for a while and not one crash (that wasnt my fault :D

I read on another discussion that it helps to really adjust your graphic settings. I turned grass and shadows off and did some of the other options that the menu says will improve performance, and it has REALLY HELPED. I recommend trying that.
Both my Kotor 1 & 2 both crash upon start-up. I didn't mean to make the generalization between it running on Win 7/8 (seeing as how it does run for several other people, I was wrong in that generalization). But for me it won't run on any of my computers and they all run Win 8.

Only issue I ever had was the game crashing during the cutscene when you leave the Endar Spire. The only fix I found that works is to turn on V-Sync and then it works perfectly. I have not encountered any other problems since.
